Orders received after 12PM PST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the next business day.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Cinque Science™ online purchase, simply return the unused portion to us within 30 days from invoice date and we will be happy to credit your account for the purchase amount or exchange the item(s) for other Cinque products of your choice.

1) Please fill out the Return/Exchange form on the back of your invoice or print a copy here.

• If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the return form.
• Please provide the invoice number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.

2) Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

4) For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured Parcel Post).

We're sorry, return shipping charges are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

• Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• Most exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via UPS. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 714.955.5400 ext 255. Cinque Science™ will reimburse shipping charges for items returned due to damaged or defective products.
